THAT, Committee do hereby adjourn to a Closed Session of Committee of the Whole pursuant to Section 239 of The Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: Closed Staff Report re Committee Appointment - Citizen. (Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees)

THAT, the Open Meeting of Committee of the Whole be reconvened.

THAT Committee suspend the rules of procedure of the Corporation of The City of Dryden Municipal Code Chapter 47 - Council § 47-57. - Motion to Proceed Past 10:00 p.m., for the purpose of extending the Open Committee of the Whole adjournment time for up to one (1) hour.
