Council Meeting

THAT Council do hereby adjourn to a Closed Session of Council pursuant to Section 239 of The Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: Economic Development-2023-003 Development Opportunity. (Land acquisition or disposition) Administration-2023-013 2023 Q1 CAO Performance Goals and Measures. (Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees)

THAT the Open Meeting of Council be reconvened.

THAT Council hereby consider the following items of the Consent Agenda - Part 1 - General under date of March 27, 2023 as read and adopted: 12. a, b 13. a

THAT the Minutes of the Council Meeting held February 27, 2023 be adopted.

THAT the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Meeting held February 13, 2023 be adopted.

THAT as per the recommendation in Staff Report Museum-2023-001, Council direct staff to transfer $2,925.00 from the 2022 Keep It Hanging Around fundraiser into the Museum Advisory Board Reserve Fund.

THAT By-law 2023-20 being a by-law to amend By-law 2023-1, a by-law to adopt the 2023 municipal budget estimates for The Corporation of The City of Dryden be read a first, second and third time.

THAT as per the recommendation in Staff Report Finance-2023-009, Council approve the Community Proposal Selection Committee recommendation of the following seven (7) recipients for funding total $142,750 (including $40,000

THAT By-law 2023-19 being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council be read a first, second and third time.

THAT this meeting be declared adjourned.
