Council Meeting

THAT Council do hereby adjourn to a Closed Session of Council pursuant to Section 239 of The Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons: Presentation re Proposed Lease of Municipal Property. (A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board) Presentation re Distribution Centre Feasibility Study. (A position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations

THAT the Open Meeting of Council be reconvened.

THAT Council hereby consider the following items of the Consent Agenda - Part 1 - General under date of April 25, 2022 as read and adopted: 12. a, b 13. a

THAT the Minutes of the Council Meeting held March 28, 2022 be adopted.

THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section 379 of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, c 25, as amended, and in accordance with By-law 4543-2018, the "Land Acquisition and Disposition By-law" and Chapter 133, Notices, of the City of Dryden Municipal Code, Council declares the real property described as: PLAN M209 LOTS 42 & 43 PCLS 13643 & 17505 and PLAN M209 LOT 44 PCL 14694, and known as the former Trans Canada Motel & Restaurant as surplus to the requirements of the municipality.

THAT By-law 2022-22 being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council be read a first, second and third time.

THAT this meeting be declared adjourned.
